This workout is low impact, full body, and keeps you moving! I enjoy the variety of the moves, the ability to be challenged, or to modify as needed.
You get your heart rate up from the warm up, move into arms, then thighs, seat, and abs. It moves quickly and you work your entire body!
Stop beating yourself up in other workouts- YOU WILL SEE results!!! Within the first few weeks I noticed a difference and so did others. I am getting a great workout, without the pounding on my joints and my back hurting.
